OSRS Top 5 Fastest Skills

If you’ve been wondering what skills to strike off from the list of achieving 99s in OSRS, then you’re at the right place. The following guide lists the top 5 fastest and easiest skills to max out. Training these skills will also give you an advantage over other things.

Fletching

First on the list is Fletching, which is by far the fastest skill to train in the game. You can fletch darts to quickly level up, which is what you should be focusing on rather than making arrows.

Start out by making Bronze Darts, and then move your way up to Dragon. Reaching level 99 will cost you about 120M in OSRS Gold. If you want to consider a more cost-effective method, you can switch to Mithril Darts that’ll cut down the cost to 51M. Alternatively, you can make Short & Longbows for 80 hours straight.

Prayer

Second on the list is Prayer, which is another quick skill to train if you’re Dagannoth and Superior Dragon Bones to hit level 99. However, it’ll cost you about 210M RS Gold.

Alternatively, you can train your Prayer with Ensouled Heads, but if you’re going with this method, you need to consider having level 93 Magic to use Reanimate Dragon Heads. It’ll cost you about 63M to max out.

Construction

Next in line is Construction, which is quick if you have heaps of gold in your bank to spend. You’ll have to start out by building Crude Chair till level 19, followed by Oak Chairs till level, and then Oak Landers to level 52.

Now, you’ll have to make Mahogany Tables, which can be continued all the way to level 99, or else you can switch to Gnome Benches when you hit level 77. Alternatively, to cut down costs, you can build Dungeon Door from level 74, right after Oak Landers.

Cooking

Cooking will take you around 22 hours to reach level 99 (making Jugs of Wine). It’ll set you back about 20M GP, which is a relatively low cost compared to the skills on this list. You’ll stop making bad wines at level 68, so brace yourself until then. You can always try leveling with Tune or Lobsters till level 68 and then switch to Jugs of Wine to cover the rest.

Fire Making

Fire Making starts with lighting regular and Maple logs, in which you can easily hit level 50 in only 30-35 minutes. Next, you can move on to the Wintertodt minigame for a rather quick and profitable way to progress.

Alternatively, you can burn the next set of logs on the list, such as Yew, Magic, and Redwood Logs. You’ll see yourself with 400k XP per hour when burning Redwood Logs after level 90.

Conclusion

So, these are the top 5 skills that you can train fastest and more efficiently than the others. Make sure you remember that often the fastest ways require huge stacks of gold, so make sure you plan accordingly before approaching it. Good luck!
